You’ll be responsible for offering fee-free mortgage advice to clients, helping them secure the most suitable mortgage and protection products to match their financial needs. The role provides access to a steady stream of leads, so no self-generation is required.Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, impartial mortgage and protection advice to clients.
- Assess clients’ financial circumstances and eligibility to recommend tailored solutions.
- Compare mortgage and protection products across multiple lenders and providers.
- Stay informed on the latest mortgage products, regulations, and industry updates.
- Follow strict industry guidelines to ensure compliance and appropriate advice.
- Maintain clear communication with support, administration, and protection teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package
- Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Employed).
- Commission: £10k banked validation, 40% on earnings over that.
- OTE: £90,000 - £100,000.
- Work Model: Hybrid - work predominantly from home with branch appointments.
- Administrative Support: Dedicated Client Relationship Manager.
- Leads Provided: No self-generation required.
- Quarterly Advisor gatherings.
- Option for self-employed with a 40% commission structure.
Mortgage and Protection Broker Desired Skills and Experience
- CeMAP Qualified.
- Proven track record in mortgage and protection sales.
