Overview:
LHH is partnering with a respected Leeds-based firm to find an experienced Accounts Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to take ownership of their own portfolio, drive business success, and make a significant impact on the clients they support.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio.
- Mentor and support junior staff members.
- Review year-end accounts, tax/VAT returns, and management accounts.
- Collaborate with directors to expand the client base.
- Help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Gain exposure to working alongside directors as you settle into the role.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Full clean drivers licence.
- Commercial mindset.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
