Accounts Manager

Overview:

LHH is partnering with a respected Leeds-based firm to find an experienced Accounts Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to take ownership of their own portfolio, drive business success, and make a significant impact on the clients they support.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members.
  • Review year-end accounts, tax/VAT returns, and management accounts.
  • Collaborate with directors to expand the client base.
  • Help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Gain exposure to working alongside directors as you settle into the role.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Full clean drivers licence.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
