This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while leading a talented team and playing a key role in the continued success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and offering mentorship
- Preparing year-end accounts and management reports
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
- Supporting Partners and Directors with ad-hoc assignments
Skills & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client deadlines efficiently
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
