This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while leading a talented team and playing a key role in the continued success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and offering mentorship
  • Preparing year-end accounts and management reports
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
  • Supporting Partners and Directors with ad-hoc assignments

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client deadlines efficiently
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
