- Own and manage a client portfolio with a higher level of client responsibility.
- Oversee your team's portfolios and contribute to workflow planning.
- Deliver revenue and profitability targets, ensuring the financial health of your portfolio.
- Foster enduring client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and inspire your team, contributing to their growth and success.
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, prepare accounts, and handle corporation tax computations/returns for limited companies.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and provide practical guidance on regulatory matters such as tax and VAT regulations, UK law requirements, and principles of good governance.
- Support local partners with various tasks as necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in IFRS/UKGAAP, with a strong foundation in financial reporting standards.
- Demonstrated success in managing diverse client portfolios and consistently achieving financial targets.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, tax, and VAT regulations, with practical experience in ensuring compliance.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, enduring client relationships through exceptional service and support.
- Skilled at inspiring and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Experience auditing clients across various industries, bringing a broad perspective and adaptability.
- Adept at coaching and mentoring junior team members, guiding their professional growth and development.
