An opportunity has arisen for a Claims Account Manager to join a dynamic and established team of 10. The role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with an existing portfolio of clients while identifying new business opportunities. The diverse client base includes Corporates, Brokers, Lloyds, MGAs, and Insurers across various sectors in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong, lasting client relationships at multiple levels.
  • Proactively lead both new and existing business relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, BIto create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Engage in contract negotiation, implementation, and performance measurement against key metrics.
  • Identify and convert business opportunities while ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Act as a client relationship advocate, addressing issues and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of the UK TPA market and experience in an insurance claims environment.
  • Proven client management experience with excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the UK as needed.
  • CII/CILA qualification preferred or progress towards it.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
