- Managing your own portfolio of clients.
- Reviewing and preparing annual accounts.
- Mentoring junior members of the team and supervising tasks to ensure client’s needs are met.
- Being involved in practice and workflow management.
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Have experience working as a Senior Accountant / Client Manager in Practice.
- Experience working with IRIS, Quickbooks, or Xero would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and support junior members of the team.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
