The Role

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will:? Underpin their existing Corporate Finance Manager and work closely with a number of different Partners offering great exposure and development ? Handle a variety of transactions? Conduct detailed financial analysis, prepare high-quality documents, and manage client relationships? Work on national deals as part of a 26-person national team, collaborating across multiple offices? Benefit from a partner-led structure, ensuring strong mentorship and hands-on training

What You'll Bring

? 2+ years of experience in M&A ? Strong analytical skills with the ability to drill into financial detail? Experience working with SME clients and managing deals independently? Excellent client management and communication skills
