Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Provide tax advisory support on complex matters, including corporate restructuring and R&D tax relief
  • Oversee compliance processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposals
  • Mentor and train junior staff, fostering their professional development
  • Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly
Requirements
  • ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory services
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
