Our client is looking for a Senior Credit Risk Manager and a Credit Risk Manager based in Leeds to manage the second line, challenge and review of intricate bespoke infrastructure transactions, ensuring compliance in accordance with risk appetite. What you'll do:
As a Credit Risk Manager or Senior Manager, your role will be instrumental in managing intricate bespoke infrastructure transactions. You will be responsible for providing second-line review of proposals, contributing to the structuring and due diligence process, as well as monitoring the bank's credit risks. Your input will be vital in enhancing the Credit Risk Management Framework. Additionally, you will work collaboratively within matrix teams on various projects that align with Financial Crime and Credit Risk frameworks.
- Second-line review of proposals(Debt, Equity and Guarantees) aiming to achieve a balance between return and risk exposure.
- Provide second-line input into the structuring and due diligence process.
- Provide second-line oversight and monitoring of the Bank's credit risks and associated systems and controls.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Credit Risk Management Framework.
- Monitor and test the Bank's credit risk profile relative to its appetite, limits and early warning indicators.
- Contribute to the delivery of projects, working in matrix teams to deliver joint outputs that align with the Financial Crime and Credit Risk frameworks.
