Our client is a fun, innovative, and expanding giftware wholesaler based just outside of Leeds City Centre. They are seeking an experienced Finance & Admin Coordinator to join their small, collaborative team. In this varied and rewarding role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the company's financial operations.

What You'll Be Doing as a Finance & Admin Coordinator:

  • Processing purchase invoices for UK and international suppliers
  • Arranging and managing supplier payments, including handling queries
  • Dealing with customer account queries and requirements
  • Handling UK/Ireland/Netherlands VAT compliance
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and KPIs
  • Facilitating intercompany transactions between the UK and globally
  • Supporting the wider business with other key administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong experience working in a financial or accounting environment
  • Proficient in using Excel for data management and analysis
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new processes
  • Experience in a product based company, ideally a similar SME environment in an all encompassing role
