Finance Business Partner – Leeds | c£45,000
Are you ready to join a fast-growing, renowned restaurant group and make a real impact? Elevation Senior Finance is thrilled to be working with a top-tier brand that’s expanding rapidly, and they’re looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to help drive their success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Guide site budget holders to understand financial results, forecasts, and boost EBITDA
- Prepare monthly management accounts and track financial performance against budget
- Monitor KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly, addressing site challenges and celebrating wins
- Deliver expert business reviews and flag key issues
- Analyse sales performance and ROI, identifying trends for continuous improvement
- Conduct site audits on compliance, stock, and housekeeping
- Provide department cover for assistant accountants, EPOS system management, stock control, and sales reconciliations
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of business needs and accounting standards
- CIMA/ACCA qualification (or working towards it)
- Advanced Excel skills and use of data manipulation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid grasp of financial control and risk management
- Hands-on accounting knowledge (double-entry experience is a must)
- Flexibility to handle ad hoc projects and UK travel
Desirables:
- Project management experience
- Proficiency with Sage and EPOS systems
- Degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or business management
