Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner - £45-50k - Leeds/Hybrid

In this role, you will operate as senior support to the Commercial Finance Manager, working closely with the business to support key stakeholders and provide them with the information to make strategic decisions, communicating risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of budgets and quarterly reforecasting

• Managing and achieving financial targets and objectives

• Contractual client reporting

• Supporting the preparation of management accounts

• Providing financial analysis and commentary

• Guiding and supporting the Finance Administrator

• Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices

• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

• Working with stakeholders to drive performance

• Identifying and implementing process improvements

• Liaising with stakeholders

• Conducting other ad hoc analysis

Must Have;

Part Qualified or Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA

Qualified by Experience

Experience business partnering with internal stakeholders

Strong, confident attitude

Desirable;

Strong Excel skills (V-Look Up, Pivot Table, SUMIFS)
