As a Finance Lead, you will:

  • Forge strong relationships with client operational and finance teams.
  • Produce insightful client reports with value-added financial commentary.
  • Compile comprehensive annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Identify and capitalise on savings opportunities to meet financial targets.
  • Provide direct financial support and expertise to the account.
  • Implement and manage baseline and savings tracking reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to finance procedures and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects, driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Higher educational qualifications to 'A' level or degree (or equivalent).
  • Part-qualified or newly qualified CCAB accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) is desirable.
  • Exceptional PC skills, particularly in Word, Excel (including modelling), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong numeracy and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience of delivering financial information within tight deadlines.

Familiarity with complex commercial models and GMP is desirable.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
