- Manage substantial budgets for multiple trust establishments.
- Prepare, analyse, and interpret complex financial data.
- Provide expert financial advice to the executive team, governors, and senior leaders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Produce financial reports and attend Local Governing Body meetings.
- Oversee payroll reconciliation and authorise high-value transactions.
- Contribute to strategic business planning and implement audit recommendations.
- Line manage finance team members, ensuring their development and performance.
