Now, they're looking for a Finance Manager to join their leadership team and help us achieve even more for the children they support.

This is a pivotal role that will see you taking full ownership of Zarach's financial management, combining strategic oversight with hands-on operational work. Reporting to the Chief Exec and supported by a Finance Officer, you will ensure that every pound entrusted to us is managed with care, compliance, and impact. From producing management accounts and advising the Board of Trustees to managing budgets and audits, you'll play a critical part in helping Zarach grow sustainably and remain aligned with their values.

They're looking for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the role. You'll need a strong background in financial management in a charity setting, with experience in everything from budgeting and fund accounting to leading audits and presenting financial information to stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, with regular travel to the South Leeds office required, along with occasional evening board meetings and an annual leadership team day.
