The Role

Robert Half Finance & Accountancy are exclusively recruiting for a new position of Finance Manager, for a very recognisable business with a fantastic office based North of Bradford.

This exciting role will allow the successful candidate to work in a role that includes the production and review of the monthly management accounts. The role provides exposure to all senior levels of the business as well as the rest of the Senior Management Team in a role that offers core exposure as well as business partnering.

Typical Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Revenue recognition
  • Business partnering
  • Financial reporting
  • Assisting in the Audit process
  • Assisting with the production of a 3 and 5 year business plan
  • Providing Exec level commentary and presenting to the SMT alongside the FC.
  • Overseeing the production of the monthly management accounts
  • Opportunity to develop junior members of the team

Your Profile

As this business is moving at such a pace, they are keen to consider candidates who are willing to take on additional duties and responsibilities over the coming years as the structure of the finance function develops.

Additionally, we are looking for as much of the following on candidate's CV's:

  • Recognised Accountancy Qualification, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Previous experience in reviewing the Month End Process and managing a team.
  • A stable CV and career history
  • Strong Excel Skills
