We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join the team, this role will report into the Financial Controller and oversee all financial operations. This pivotal role requires someone who can manage key financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, cost control, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in finance and accounting and will be ready to collaborate closely with senior management to drive strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities- Responsible for budget reports; financial statements, including profit and loss, cash flow statements.
- Report to senior management, including the CEO with insights and recommendations.
- Support with the annual budgeting process
- Prepare and manage financial forecasts, actively revising where needed
- Responsible for wider financial duties such as managing aged debt; credit control functions, bank reconciliations, purchase ledger etc.
- Responsible for supporting Payroll, tracking and managing bonus payments.
- Manage month-end and year-end processes, including journal entries.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare for annual audits.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of an international, remote team.
- Self-driven and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
