As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across various projects. The position is client-facing and ideal for an enthusiastic team player with experience in both industry and professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation of management accounts
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic financial insights
- Reviewing statutory reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including IFRS and UK GAAP
- Implementing financial controls and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
- Delivering commercial finance insights to clients and internal teams
- Managing one-off financial projects, including system reviews and control assessments
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively across business areas
Experience Required:
- Fully qualified accountant
- Strong technical accounting knowledge across UK GAAP, IFRS, and other local GAAPs
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio with high levels of engagement
- Excellent communication skills
- A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Experience with cloud accounting software and financial technology solutions
