Are you a proactive, strategic, and hands-on Finance Manager looking to make a real impact in the charity sector? Gifford and Parnters have been appointed to source a CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or equivalent professional to take the lead on financial operations, governance, and strategy in a mission-driven organisation in the role of Finance Manager.

As Finance Manager, you will work closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and wider teams, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and cost efficiency. This role balances day-to-day financial management with strategic oversight with somwe of the key responsibilities including:

  • Prduction and review of the monlthly management accounts including prep/presentation to the CEO/board
  • Pick up on areas of TAX using a partnership approach with the auditors where neccessary
  • Developing the financial reporting and policies
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage reserves, and enhance governance.
  • Manageent of a small team
