Our client is a private equity owned software business based in the North East with operating subsidiaries in the US and Europe.
They are looking to recruit an experienced finance interim who, reporting to the CFO, will help improve a range of processes within the finance function and the effectiveness of management reporting. The role holder will also take the lead on certain key workstreams in a comprehensive finance change programme.
Candidates should have a recognised accountancy qualification and have reached Group Financial Controller / Head of Finance level, and must be able to demonstrate experience of having successfully delivered process improvement and elements of programmes of change within the a finance function, to include systems integration and implementation.
Role duration is expected to be at least six months.
