IPS Finance is seeking an experienced Financial Director or Financial Controller for a profitable manufacturing business with a turnover of £25m.
The candidate must have experience in the manufacturing sector and will be responsible for running the finance function and supporting the Managing Director with commercial activities.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, presenting accounts at Board meetings, and delivering forecasts and budgets.
The role requires a qualified professional (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset to optimize revenue growth and improve efficiencies.
The position offers a competitive salary, and candidates should have relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

IPS Finance is supporting an established and profitable manufacturing business with a t/o of £25m.

We are looking for an experienced financial controller or financial director who has worked within the manufacturing sector and can run the finance function and support the MD on commercial activities.

The appointed Financial Director will;

Run the day to day financial operations with support from a Financial Controller.
Present the accounts at Board meetings with insightful commentary.
Deliver periodic forecasts and an annual budget by engaging with appropriate departments.
Make strategic recommendations via sound analyses to optimise revenue growth, improve working capital performance, and drive operating profit year over year.
Maintain effective internal controls.
Work closely with the manufacturing functions and Operations Manager to improve efficiencies.
Oversee HR and IT functions.

What we are looking for;

ACCA, ACA, CIMA or qualified by experience
Experience in the Manufacturing Sector
Excellent communication skills at all levels
