Elevation Recruitment Groups Senior Finance Division are delighted to be once again partnering with a long standing client of ours based in the centre of Leeds as they look to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager into their finance function on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the successful candidate will provide significant financial analysis and reporting support for the core FP&A functions. Duties of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will include: 

  • Responsible for oversight and administration of the financial reporting platform 
  • Maintain the financial consolidation and reporting platform across complicated organizational structures
  • Support monthly closing process and financial consolidation ensuring data integrity and accuracy among reporting platforms
  • Support with the preparation of the annual plan. Takes ownership of complex financial models used by the FP&A team
  • Monthly/quarterly reforecasting process taking ownership of several revenue components as well as departmental expense templates
  • Assists with the development and reporting of financial KPI’s and operational metrics

   Key Skills & Experience required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; in finance or accounting
  • 4+ years’ experience working with EPM tools
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office suite, and general ledger systems
  • Proficiency handling multiple projects simultaneously and working in a team environment
