The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organisation. The individual will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, manage budgets, forecasts, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role requires a combination of strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally within the company.
Reporting the the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting with the monthly management accounts prep, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting. You will prepare financial reports and financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow reports. You will oversee the day to day financial operations, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll and general ledger. You will manage and mentor the finance team (2 direct reports) and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the finance department.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Be Part Qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
- Be looking for an opportunity to learn and develop and study further
- Be a competent excel user
- Be able to oversee the small finance function
What's on offer?
Salary 35,000-40,000 dependant on experience + study support + hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) + excellent benefits
