The position offers a competitive salary of £100,000 per year.

Axon Moore are supporting a SME manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire in the appointment an Interim Finance Director. This is a hands on and varied role working for a business going through a period of growth. The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:

Oversee the production of monthly management accounts
Partnering with the commercial team to ensure accurate financial forecasting.
Provide detailed variance analysis vs forecast
Deliver financial insights to improve business performance
Process improvements
Day-to-day management of cash
Working closely with the operational teams.
Review and enhance financial accounting processes.

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:

Qualified Finance Leader, (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Experience of working in a senior finance leadership role.
Experience of working withing the manufacturing sector
