Role:: Interim FP&A ManagerLocation: LeedsSalary:£60,000 - £70,000 Type: Temporary on-goingElevation Recruitment Group are working with a key client based in Leeds looking for an Interim FP&A Manager.This position plays a crucial role in supporting financial insight and analysis across the business. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of financial reports, provide analytical support for key business drivers, and play an active role in the company’s planning and budgeting processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing financial data to generate insights that support business operations across the group.
  • Assisting in the consolidation of the annual budget and reforecasts across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Preparing and communicating financial information in presentations and reports.
  • Using Excel to maintain financial models and ensure data accuracy.
  • Contributing to budget and forecasting processes by providing business insights.
  • Supporting group-wide initiatives, such as cost reduction programs, and handling ad-hoc projects.
  • Identifying opportunities for improved analysis, cost savings, and revenue enhancement.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in financial reporting, analysis, and month-end close
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling ability.
  • Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
