HW Finance are working with a Leeds based supply chain and logistics business who are looking for an Interim Head of Finance to join on a 6 month basis.
This is a very interesting and fast paced newly created role which will be responsible for the creation of various new entities on the back of a new contract win.
The ideal person will have experience of but not exhaustive of the below:
- Experienced Finance Business Partner or FC with a heavy systems and process bias.
- Experience working with large scale ERP finance systems.
- Experience setting up new companies and/or chart of accounts.
- Establishing efficient and new processes.
- Understanding detailed accounting processes and how operating processes impact billing; reconciliation processes and finance operations.
- Experience integrating accounting processes to other systems - likely to be billing; new banking provider etc.
- Experience in large scale European entities
This is a crucial and integral role working with the SLT, must have experience implementing new processes and ways of working in a matrix environment.
The successful candidate must be a qualified accountant with extensive process improvement and contracting experience.
