Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a client in East Leeds who are recruiting a Sales Ledger Team Leader to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales ledger team, managing day-to-day operations and providing leadership to team members. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with a significant growth trajectory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team management
- Monitor and process annual fee increases across the group
- Perform regular audits on contracts
- Ownership of sales and credit control processes to ensure they are performed accurately
- Data cleansing – checking integrity of data
- Involved in roll out of direct debit process, collect bank details to take on full ownership
- Supervise existing sales ledger team and provide direction when required
- Analyse team KPI i.e fee discrepancies, contracts
- Prepare bi-monthly debtor reports and lead debtor meeting with key stakeholders
You will need to demonstrate:
- Able to demonstrate strong progression in their career to date
- Driven, hardworking and team player
- Strong leadership and team management skills Â
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in a sales ledger or credit control role in a supervisory or team leader position
