Axon Moore are currently working with a leading and fast paced organisation in Leeds as they look to appoint a Transactional Finance Team Leader. Supporting the Finance Manager, you will work within a wider finance team supporting the day-to-day running of the Accounts Payable function.Responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Finance Manager
  • Processing invoices 
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts 
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ensuring the smooth running of payment runs
  • Developing relationships with suppliers and dealing with any queries
  • Managing the payment of utilities
  • Cash reconciliation
  • Bank payments
  • Overseeing the production of monthly statements
Personal profile:
  • Previous purchase ledger and reconciliation experience
  • Good working knowledge of excel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
