Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading car vehicle provider who are recruiting for a Third Party Oversight Manager to join the team.With a great team currently in place they are very excited to be able to take that next step in further growing out and getting in some new talent. Alongside a fantastic team structure, it also goes hand in hand with the amazing flexibility this role offers! There's a great split of home working for those remote working lovers out there!!The purpose of the role will be to:

  • Ensure regulatory and business change is implemented efficiently and effectively, reduce risk exposure, and improve customer outcomes through risk assurance and setting management actions and leading 1staudit and oversight to introducer network.
  • While travelling to client sites and building/maintaining ongoing and new relationships you will also be highly involved as a delegate for the Senior Governance Manager and gaining quality experience to further develop
  • 3rd party assurance that will include pre and post contractual due diligence and both thematic and targeted risk reviews.
  • Key topics will include but not limited to: 3LOD, Customer outcomes, Vulnerability, Commission, AR's, Complaints Handling, invoicing, risk events, regulatory compliance and adherence to policy and procedures.

The knowledge and experience you will have:

  • An understanding and prior experience working within such a role in the motor finance sector.
  • Knowledge and the skillset of Risk Management within financial services.
  • Experience around risk assurance techniques and key tools.
  • A good understanding of regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of outsourcing and oversight of Credit Brokers
