NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established family run firm of Financial Planners who have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and pro-active Corporate Finance Administrator to join their offices in Leeds City Centre.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking for a career within the financial planning industry.
Daily responsibilities will consist of:
- Creating new client packs
- Input Fact Find details into client database
- Prepare and send off authority letters and send to client for signature
- Check all Anti-Money Laundering information is current and relevant checks have taken place
- Obtain Illustrations, application forms, key feature documents and other relevant supporting documentation
- Submit new business
- Track new business and current position, updating planner/paraplanner accordingly
- Prepare for client reviews
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments and other financial planning products
- You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Solid communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Good attention to detail and an analytical mind
