- Assistant in the administration of client profiles and financial planning products and services through Onboarding new client’s data and documents
- Obtain information, quotes, illustrations and produce details to provide comparisons for analysis
- Providing clients and/or their advisers with information and report about their portfolios along with other financial planning products and services.
- Working closely with the financial planner you will discuss the client’s objectives, identifying and obtain the necessary information to compile the financial report
- Assistant with general client enquires ad-hoc request, processing client applicants and contributions
- Record client related communication, written oral or electronic including the client related communication with third parties.Â
