A national Wealth Management firm are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their busy office based in the center of Leeds. With a growing Financial Planning presence in the market, the team continues to require additional support, demonstrated by this additional requirement. Working closely with experience Financial Planners and a Senior Paraplanner, duties include.

  • Onboard new clients, assisting in the administration of client profiles and financial planning products and services.
  • Collate information and data about (and from) the client in accordance with the principles of 'know your client' and company policy and ensure all the required compliance documentation is present and correct.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire additional information that may be required in order to assess the clients' needs and to formulate recommendations.
  • Obtain information, quotes, illustrations and product details, and provide comparisons for analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain compliant and detailed Financial Plans and Suitability Reports.

In return, you will receive a thorough training and support programme, along with study support towards your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice, should you have ambitions to achieve this.
