NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established family run firm of Financial Planners who have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and pro-active Corporate Finance Administrator to join their offices in Leeds City Centre.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking for a career within the financial planning industry.

Daily responsibilities will consist of:

  • Creating new client packs
  • Input Fact Find details into client database
  • Prepare and send off authority letters and send to client for signature
  • Check all Anti-Money Laundering information is current and relevant checks have taken place
  • Obtain Illustrations, application forms, key feature documents and other relevant supporting documentation
  • Submit new business
  • Track new business and current position, updating planner/paraplanner accordingly
  • Prepare for client reviews

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Good knowledge of pensions, investments and other financial planning products
  • You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Solid communication skills and a good telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail and an analytical mind
