NJR Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a well known wealth management practice that specialise in providing high quality personal advice on many aspects of wealth management across UK and international clients

Based on the outskirt of Leeds, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to support a small team of Advisers and dealing with a full range of pensions, investments and other products.

The role will be varied and will involve;

  • Preparing client valuations and meeting packs
  • Processing new business applications
  • Inputting data onto client management system.
  • Deal with letters of authority
  • Maintaining client records
  • Liaising with clients, providers and other 3rd parties
  • Adhoc projects and administrative tasks as and when necessary

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience working in wealth management is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail
