The Role:
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will provide essential support, ensuring the smooth running of client accounts and assisting with financial planning processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing reports and documentation for client meetings
- Administering Shares transactions
- Processing new business applications and policy administration
- Liaising with clients, providers, and advisers to manage queries
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance with FCA regulations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a financial planning or IFA administration role
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including pensions and investments
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with financial software and CRM systems (desirable)
