Financial Planning Administrator

We are working with a well-established and growing financial planning firm that is looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and play a key role in delivering high-quality client service to both clients and advisers.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients.
- Liaise with product providers to collate policy information and obtain client-specific illustrations.
- Process new and top-up applications for life, pension, and investment business.
- Obtain valuations and prepare client review packs.
- Process platform withdrawals, fund switches, and benefit crystallisations.
- Maintain accurate and compliant client files.
- Work closely with advisers and the Technical Analysis team to ensure a seamless service.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within financial services.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated team player.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Understanding of life, pensions, and investment products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Intelligent Office, AssureWeb, FE Analytics, and other industry software is an advantage.
