Financial Planning Administrator
Location: LeedsSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)Duration: Full-time, Permanent
We are working with an established IFA based in Leeds that is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to ensure a high-quality, efficient service for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new business applications across investments, pensions, mortgages, and protection products.
- Prepare and submit LOA (Letter of Authority) requests and follow up with providers to obtain policy information.
- Conduct basic research on investment products and pension schemes to support Financial Advisers.
- Maintain and update client data on CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Generate and process client review packs, valuations, and policy summaries.
