The Company: A high calibre, South Leeds based IFA firm who are looking to add a Financial Planning Administrator to their back-office team on a part-time basis. This is a technical administration role supporting multiple planners across the breadth of private wealth caseloads, primarily within investments and pensions advice.

Package: £25-28k base (FTE) + discretionary bonus and full company benefits

- Hours: Circa 20-24hrs across ¾ days - Flexible
The Role: As part of an experienced Adviser Support team supporting a group of high-performing Financial Planners you will deal with all administrative matters. Duties include:
- Liaising with policy providers
- Updating and maintaining client records
- Processing new business applications
- Fund switches
- income and withdrawal requests and monitoring the process through to completion.
The Person: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IFA Administration experience who is looking for reduced hours across 3-days, or hours that fit inside school hours across 4/5-days. Do you hold:
- 2+ years Admin Support experience in an IFA and/or wealth manager
- Experience processing new business inclusive of investments, pensions and protection cases
