Our client is the Wealth Planning arm of an international financial services group. The team focuses on delivering tailored financial planning solutions to HNW private clients. They have national coverage, but have the benefit of being a smaller, close-knit and high-performing team within a much larger organisation.

About the Role:

Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented Paraplanner ready to make a meaningful impact? Join our client's esteemed Private Wealth Team and play a vital role in delivering personalized financial planning solutions. This position offers a unique blend of remote work flexibility with periodic team meetings in Leeds, allowing you to contribute effectively from home while staying connected with your colleagues.

What You’ll Do:

As a Paraplanner, you will:

  • Prepare tailored, client-centered technical advice reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Planners and Administrators to create seamless client experiences.
  • Conduct in-depth research using various financial tools to develop bespoke solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, confidently addressing technical queries.
  • Ensure that the company's high standards are met consistently, all while respecting clients and colleagues alike.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) as a minimum. Ideally candidates will be Chartered or will be studying towards this with some Advanced Papers completed.
  • Experience: Proven background as a Paraplanner, with excellent communication skills.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and familiarity with investment platforms and processes.
  • Stand-Out Qualities: Solid understanding of pension and investment solutions, and ideally, experience with cash flow modeling.
