About the role
Working as a Senior Client Manager you'll have overall responsibility for managing the relationship with a portfolio of both Trustee and Corporate clients.
As part of this role you will:
- Build long term, mutually beneficial relationships with your client portfolio
- Be a single and trusted point of contact for your client portfolio on both strategic and material issues, involving other key internal stakeholders in the process as necessary
- Guide the Outsourcing Service teams to ensure delivery of services aligned to client needsSenior
- Identify and leverage opportunities to expand services to the existing client portfolio and beyond
Some of the Experience and Key Attributes you will need:
- You will be a seasoned, experienced Client Manager having already gained significant experience in the Pension Administration Outsourcing or Consulting environments
- An in-depth understanding of the Pensions Industry particularly around outsourced administration design, delivery and development
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of clients, particularly in managing and developing senior relationships with clients at both a Trustee and Corporate level
- Significant experience of the Governance and Management of occupational DB and DC schemes
- A strong commercial focus and aptitude
