The Company: Highly regarded and nationally recognised IFA firm and brand based in Central Leeds looking to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator into their back-office team. Salary/Package: £27-32k base DOE

The Role: The wide-ranging adviser support role working alongside multiple high performing financial advisers working within HNW private wealth advice circles. As a Financial Planning Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
  • Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required)
  • Assist Planners in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.

The Person: Must come from an IFA/wealth management background and have experience of supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a private wealth focused environment.

  • Required: Previous experience working within Administrative support within Financial Planning and Wealth Management
  • Required: Previous experience working in a client focused role with strong ethic of client service
  • Required: Knowledge of Investments, Pensions and Life Assurance casework
