DEBT RECOVERY ASSOCIATE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:-

This team is responsible for mitigating debt losses and reducing the impact on their credit ratings for payments with suppliers.  You will be motivated, resilient and comfortable with dealing with challenging and difficult situations and customers, always looking for a positive solution and outcome.

  • Not afraid to have difficult conversations
  • Experienced in KPIS in a similar role
  • Have experience in further escalation / action in debt collections (disconnection / legal)
  • Empathy with customers, but able to efficiently deliver important information
  • Experience of 3 rd party companies
  • Work with management to discuss write off debts, etc

YOU WILL BE / HAVE:-

  • Motivated and a self-starter; autonomous in their approach to work
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential
  • Ability to learn and take responsibility for new duties / responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
