Legal Cashier Leeds 

Looking to recruit an experienced Legal Cashier t jopin a Leading Law firm and play an integral part of the Firms Finance Team. 

Main Responsibilities:-

1. To supervise banking functions including bank reconciliations.

2. Dealing with petty cash including monthly reconciliation.

3. To supervise and process client and office accounting transactions including postings.

4. Responsible for credit control, ensuring bills are paid within a timely basis.

5. To supervise and assist in the sending of monies by electronic transfer using Barclays Internet Banking.

6. To assist with the control of designated client deposit accounts including monthly reconciliation.

7. To supervise and train the trainee Legal Cashier in all aspects of legal cashiering.

8. Manage the input of all Land Registry and Companies House fees.

The Firm Practices in property law, so there is a high volume of transactions in residential and commercial sales/purchase transactions. 

Excellent opportunit to work with some leading finance professionals. MUST HAVE experience of Solicitors Accounts.
