We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our team within Vistry East Yorkshire, at our Leeds office. This is an ideal role for a competent administrator who will report into the Office Manager. This varied role will suit an organised and flexible individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

    • Assist with administrative tasks provided by the wider company including printing, typing, binding, laminating, scanning etc.
    • Assist with, scanning and general document administration and ad hoc support across all departments.
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
    • Provide some admin support to Regional MD on Monday/Friday as and when required.
    • Provide some cover for PA to MD whilst she is on annual leave and her non-working days when required to ensure no deadlines are missed for any critical tasks.
    • Assist PA to MD with office/facilities management.
    • Cover reception duties for receptionists’ holiday cover and lunchtime cover including greeting visitors in a welcoming and friendly manner and distributing incoming correspondence.
    • Arrange and monitor meeting room bookings, ensuring the provision of meeting room facilities for each meeting.
    • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments across all departments.
    • Support other members the office when required.
