Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving and managing incoming goods.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Managing customer queries and providing timely resolutions.
- Handling driver queries and coordinating logistics.
- Liaising with HMRC to ensure timely payments and compliance.
