Job Title: Share Plans AdministratorLocation: Leeds City Centre Salary: £25,000 per annumDuration: 6 month temporary Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm)OverviewAre you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent client service? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Share Plans Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing all aspects of SAYE events, client records, and administration. You will also ensure all technical processes meet regulatory requirements, including FCA and CASS compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:* Handle client and participant enquiries, offering clear and comprehensive explanations in line with brand guidelines.* Ensure administrative tasks meet internal and external service standards.* Support continuous improvement initiatives, resolving issues, and minimizing backlogs.* Investigate reconciliation issues and escalate when necessary.* Perform general administrative tasks as required to support the team.Governance & Risk:* Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, including CASS rules and FCA requirements.* Conduct key control checks and resolve any issues promptly.* Report incidents or breaches in line with company procedures.Team Collaboration:* Build strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.* Provide feedback and support to improve team processes and performance.What We're Looking For:* Ideally, IOC-qualified (or willing to gain qualification).* Proven experience supervising and allocating tasks within operational teams.* Knowledge of PRISM, MSL, stock transfer processes, and UK equities settlement systems (CREST).* Strong problem-solving skills with a positive approach to continuous improvement.What's in It for You:* Competitive salary and structured working hours.* Opportunities for professional development and training.* A supportive and collaborative work environment.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
