Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in North Leeds.
Working hours: Monday to Friday- 8:30am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break.
Salary: 24,000 to 26,000pa, depending on experience.
The role:
- Creating invoices and sending them to customers.
- Opening files for new jobs.
- Chasing invoices.
- Emailing for quotes.
- Arranging deliveries
- Answering and managing telephone calls.
- Chasing airlines, shipping lines and hauliers for updates about deliveries and timescales.
- Updating customer spreadsheets.
- Freight forwarding; including import and export shipments by air and sea, road/trailer, and couriers - all training will be provided and you do not need to have freight experience.

- Can manage your own workload but also work as part of a team.
- An experienced Administrator with a varied skillset who is happy to learn new things.
- Desire to learn new skills.
- An organised individual with excellent communication skills.
