Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in North Leeds.

Working hours: Monday to Friday- 8:30am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break.

Salary: 24,000 to 26,000pa, depending on experience.

The role:

  • Creating invoices and sending them to customers.
  • Opening files for new jobs.
  • Chasing invoices.
  • Emailing for quotes.
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Answering and managing telephone calls.
  • Chasing airlines, shipping lines and hauliers for updates about deliveries and timescales.
  • Updating customer spreadsheets.
  • Freight forwarding; including import and export shipments by air and sea, road/trailer, and couriers - all training will be provided and you do not need to have freight experience.
