ML60- Assistant Geospatial Surveyor.Salary: Up to £30,000.Location: Leeds.Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Assistant Geospatial Surveyor on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist surveyors with data capture using the latest robotic total station and GNSS technology.
  • Support surveyors in delivering projects to create 2D/3D topographical surveys using N4cE software.
  • Work with a variety of specialist laser scanning equipment, including the Leica P40, Leica RTC360, NavVis VLX, and Leica BLK2GO.
  • Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD.
  • Prepare 2D and 3D survey drawings/models using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Prepare and write reports.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using survey equipment (total stations, laser scanners, etc.).
  • Experience with AutoCAD is essential.
  • Knowledge of Cyclone is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A full, clean driving license is required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Up to £30,000.Location: Leeds.
