This is a senior level opportunity where you will work with the senior management team, as the voice of the conveyancing team, to influence the direction of the department.

Despite the amount of work this firm receives, ensuring its conveyancers have a manageable caseload is a key priority and the firm guarantee that you will not be placed under pressure with unmanageable caseloads. This is a senior level position for an experienced Conveyancer to manage a complex caseload of freehold, leasehold and newbuild transactions and you will have a minimum of 5 yearsā€™ experience managing a sale and purchase caseload to be considered for this role.

Duties:

ā€¢ Manage a complex caseload consisting of freehold, leasehold and new buildā€¢ Title checking and dealing with enquiries/property reports on a purchaseā€¢ Dealing with enquiries on a saleā€¢ Taking ownership of more complex matters such as new build transactions, shared ownership and deeds of variationā€¢ Mentoring/supporting of more junior members of the team where required

This role is with one of the largest, direct conveyancers in the UK which has been providing its services for an incredibly long time, and is backed by a leading provider, which guarantees that it is here to stay. Through covid and periods of recession, the firm has never been forced to make redundancies, due to the constant and guaranteed stream of work it receives on a monthly basis.

Low staff attrition is paramount at this firm, with so many members of the team having been there for 10, 20 years+, and it achieves this by offering training, support, progression and prioritising the wellbeing of its staff.
