This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning consultancy who specialise in providing highly technical compliancy services to their multidisciplined projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join their team in Leeds.

Key responsibilities for a BREEAM Assessor include:

  • Deliver BREEAM Assessments throughout all stages of the project's lifecycle from planning through to handover
  • Help contribute to the delivery of BREEAM projects and ensure they comply with UK building legislations and standards
  • Work alongside architects, engineers, and members of the design team to ensure the environmental impacts of projects are minimised
  • Produce technical reports and relevant sustainability strategies and statements
  • Take the lead on current projects as well as securing new projects for the company

The ideal BREEAM Assessor will have:

  • BREEAM Assessor qualification such as the New Construction
  • Experience in a relevant role within the construction industry, delivering BREEAM Assessments throughout all stages of construction projects
  • It would be beneficial to have the IN use or Refurb and fit out BREEAM Assessor qualification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
